Business
After graduating in economics and business, I started working for an American multinational company, first in Ireland and then in Milan. I then moved to Bologna to work for a Toyota group company, where I held positions of increasing responsibility in the commercial sector, with a brief stint in the customised forklift production department. I managed teams of 30 people across Europe. I contributed to the development of the brand by personally contributing to the creation and development of the Spanish network. Thanks to my contribution, turnover grew by 70%.
Since 2016, I have also been running the family B&B, so I am in the tourism industry, bringing my economic skills to bear. Turnover has continued to grow, as has the satisfaction of our guests.
In 2023, I completed a course to become a Life and Business Coach, and in 2025, I developed programmes to help stressed managers regenerate.
Nature
As for the world of nature and animals, I have taken several courses both as a dog trainer and as an assistant with dogs and donkeys in animal-assisted interventions. In 2021, I became a facilitator and in 2023 a NatureTherapy trainer. Over the years, I have also become interested in the holistic world, taking courses in yoga, qi gong, reiki, meditation and much more.
Social
I took my first steps in the social sector in around 2012: I carried out a few pet therapy projects with my dog, then I founded a non-profit organisation to support projects in India (improving a school, sponsoring a children’s volleyball team, etc.). Recently, I founded a social cooperative that dealt with pet therapy and activities with animals for families. I also worked for a well-known association in Bolzano as a project manager, overseeing various projects to support migrants.
Acquired skills
I have acquired a wide range of skills over the years thanks to my varied work experience, from the business world to social issues to my personal interests in the holistic world. My background in economics has given me a natural aptitude for managing budgets, financial statements and business plans. I find interacting with people of different ages and nationalities greatly enriching. I have always been fascinated by the world of human resources.
